2026 Berger Prize longlist announced
The 2026 Berger Prize longlist was announced last night, 8 July, by Dr Jonny Yarker, Chair of the Berger Prize judging panel, at an event at the Warburg Institute. Anthony Geraghty appointed as new judge for the 2026 Berger Prize
We are delighted to announce that Anthony Geraghty, Professor of History of Art at the University of York, has joined the jury for the 2026 Berger Prize. Anthony Geraghty is Professor of the History of Art at the University of York. He is an architectural historian, with a specialist interest in Sir Christopher Wren and the English baroque. 2025 Berger Prize winner announced
We are delighted to announce that the winner of the 2025 Berger Prize is Eleonora Pistis, for her book Architecture of Knowledge: Hawksmoor and Oxford (Brepols, 2024). Dr Pistis will be awarded £5,000 through the generosity of the Berger Collection Educational Trust. and each of the shortlisted authors will be awarded £500.
